Wonderful device
I have used this for two years, and bought spares because of reports of bands tearing, I love it because it WORKS. I use two HEAVIEST bands at a time, and never had any tears. I mostly use triceps, and 20 pound dumbells for pecs and biceps, and do situps. Wonderful strength builder
