Lies and deceit with no help from Walmart

Product received was cupcake toppers. Not the Steam Deck and accessories. Fufilled and sold by Walmart yet they won't honor their mistake. Spoke to help center and was told they would replace it with the appropriate item. Guranteed they stated. Store refuse to assist with the matter and forced a refund instead of honoring it.

This was a clear case of bait and switch. I ordered it for pickup. When I picked up the item, they gave me cupcake toppers. I went to Customer Service and they said while the listing didn't match the item given, the UPC matched. I would not recommend at all.
