When teak is exposed to the year-round outdoor climate it will, over time mature to a silvery grey color. To preserve the rich golden finish & enhance the grain apply golden teak oil/sealer annually. Teak can be left out in the weather all year long. teak products are made from kiln dried, fully aged teak wood. To ensure strength & durability, each of our handcrafted products uses traditional assembly techniques, such as dovetail & mortise & tenon joints. All screw fittings are countersunk & plugged. Only high-quality waterproof adhesive is used. Each item is sanded & finished by hand to a rich elegant luster. No other species or origins of wood are used in our products. All our products are made of solid teak.
