Without Xylimelts, the severe dry mouth condition created by tongue cancer, radiation, etc. would make the attempt to sleep far more challenging and create a much lower quality of life. Two will last about 8 hours (I have to get up after 4 anyway!), back to back, and, personally, I like to start with the Cinnamon tablet and the mint when I go back to sleep.
