This album was put together by some musician regulars who appreciated Nichols work and later joined him to make Rythm Of The Day. Not all the tracks on this cd are issued under Nichols name but he contributed his talent to each. The regulars included; Miff Mole, Adrian Rollini, Jim Dorsey, Red Nichols, and others at times who built a rapport with Nichols music. Red Nichols And His Five Pennies is a disc that holds his true classics that a jazz fan will appreciate.
