It is very easy to use, I like the automatic dispersing of the cleaning solution along with being able to just do the drying feature. I used it on carpeting that was not soiled but it removed not seen dirt by the color of the water sucked up and the refreshed look of my carpeting.

I switched from a Bissel to a Hoover because my Bissel broke a little over a year of owning it. This one cost a little more, but after the first use, I was happily satisfied. Tank is bigger (both clean and dirty), and the width of the brushes/base is much wider. The Hoover cleaned faster and better! I have pets and it picked up so much hair. Even after I vacuumed, this machine was still gathering hair/dirt from the carpet. Very easy to use and clean up!
