While most of the board particles were clearly marked with the letters that correspond to the instructions, the instructions were not clear when it comes to the side that you should be working with or what screw you should be using. There were drawer bottoms that were not the right size and it was simply not the easiest to put together. If you need to return the item the cost to ship it back is on you. I would suggest that you use UPS online to create a ticket and email that ticket to yourself. This will cut the expense of sending it back to the company in half.
