Farberware Touch Single Serve Coffee Brewer, Black

This is a review for the Farberware Single Serve Touch Coffee Maker. After looking it over, my box had a dent in it, but the contents of the box were not damaged thanks to how the packaging does. I pulled it out and looked over the machine itself and overall, the features of this machine are pretty nice. It has a touch screen, a K-cup adapter, and an adapter to fill with your own grounds. I don't buy K-cups often so I've stuck with the latter. As for the coffee maker, you can make coffee ranging from a 6 oz to 14 oz cup in 2 oz increments. It's super simple to use, pour your water insert your preferred medium whether k-cup or grounds, then turn on the machine, select cup size, and tap either k cup or grounds on the screen and your coffee will brew. It's so easy, my late grandmother could probably do it without difficulty. My wife and I use it quite a bit now, and we are very satisfied with how well it does (and the lack of grounds in our coffee that managed to get through our other single serve machine. Nobody likes drinking grounds as far as I know. I give it a thumbs up. If you're looking for a single serve coffee maker, and don't mind paying a bit more, then this one is worth taking into consideration.

Finally, a compact single serve brewer that can accommodate a nice, big cup of coffee! I use a 20 oz. cup, and when I make my coffee, I fill about ¾ of the cup with coffee and the rest with coffee creamer froth and foam. With my previous coffee maker (I won’t mention the brand), I had to use the machine twice just to get the amount of coffee I normally drink. This machine is wonderful. It can make 6, 8 10, 12 or 14 ounces! It’s very attractive, and as you can see from the photo, the display is so easy to read. An added feature is that it has mounted slots so you can raise the drip tray if you’re using a smaller cup. I do use a smaller cup when I drink tea, so these slots will come in handy when I have tea. The convenience of being able to use ground coffee or K-cups makes this Farberware brewer the best, in my opinion. I use a filtered water pitcher, so the fact that this machine has no filter in it is no big deal to me. I always thought it was a pain, anyway, to change those little filters. Now, all of I have to is pour my already filtered water into the reservoir, and I’m ready to make my coffee. And the coffee is delicious. I just started using this machine, so the final test will be its durability. Time will tell. If its quality and durability match its convenience, then in my opinion, this is the best single serve brewer on the market.
