Another Jeep, same tire

Having bought our Cherokee Trailhawk which came with the Destination A/T tires, we had the opportunity to experience their performance in two different climates. From June until January, we reside in Erie, Pa and otherwise we are in Leesburg, FL and the tires handle the heat and heavy downpours there and the snow and ice in Erie as well and are great on the trips from one place to the other. This isn't our only experience with these tires since we had three sets of them during the 15 years that we owned our first Jeep Cherokee, which was a 2000 model that we sold for our new Cherokee. I couldn't imagine buying any other tire.

Great on a mid size 4x4 during a Maine winter.

Living in Maine (esp this winter) I drive on snow and ice A LOT. Since switching to these tires I have noticed a huge increase in traction and driving confidence. Even in 2WD these things grip the snow and ice. When I put it in 4x4 they go through it all. Better in packed snow but still handle powder well. I drive 40 miles highway to/from work everyday and the noise and dry road quality are great! Fuel mileage hasn't seemed to change at all. Very happy I chose the Destination A/T tire and for the price and durability there is no way you could go wrong. I highly recommend for the part time off roader or daily driver.

Durable, Quiet, Long-Lasting and Tough

The best part is that the tires resist wear patterns. They stay quiet though the life of the tire, last 50,000 miles plus and are tough. The wear pattern is even at the expected life of the tires. I inflated them to the max rated tire pressure and pulled a gooseneck trailer with a large tractor a few times pressing the rated limits of the tires. They performed flawlessly and did not heat up. I have never had a sidewall puncture or even a flat tire. Fortunate? Or maybe just an awesome tire! I have yet to find another tire I like more for a 3/4 ton pickup truck. You can't beat the value. You can spend more but can't buy a better tire. Sometimes more expensive isn't better!
