Very bad purchase

Wow. Just wow. First, have tools. The two 99 cent wrenches it comes with warped after tightening two bolts. Be prepared to bust your knuckles even with your own tools as nothing just "flows". Instructions are vague at best - at best. The bars under the wheels can be added or removed for your bike size, but the design doesn't fit a simple ebike OR 250cc dirt bike...this means you wobble no matter what you do -- The tie down loops are in the center, anyone who has ever tied down a bike knows that doesn't help, your bike is eventually going to fall. The ratchet straps and hitch stabilizer aren't too bad but I have better versions of both so that's really not a plus. It took about an hour to assemble and disassemble to try to make standard sized bikes fit and I'm still regretting purchasing this poor excuse for a hauler. Not to mention the infinitely slow shipping, damaged box, and missing bolt. Honestly, don't waste your time.
