Blood pressure machine and adjustable cuff with memory save option. It has both battery operated and USB cord options. (Which comes included in the box). The machine works terrific, the price was low it actually the best price around. I check local discount stores and pharmacies as well as other websites. Walmart had the lowest price. On issue said be her in one day unfortunately it arrived in 3 days. Since purchase I've had NO problems using this at all.
