Product flaws and support unhelpful

Arrived with side panels that were cut wrong. The groove to hold the back panel was cut on the opposite side of the shelf holes, meaning I had to choose between shelves or structural integrity. Contacted support with pictures, they said it was installed backwards. I could not have installed it any other way as the hardware would not allow me to unless I decided to cut each hole on my own. Looks nice so maybe if it comes with all the correct pieces it would be a 3-4 star product.

I was disappointed by the colour. In the photos it looks a lot lighter (almost a honey colour) but in reality it's a much darker brown colour.
