Doesn't Work with OLED Nintendo Switch

This product said it would work with a nintendo switch but I have tried using it several times now with my nintendo switch oled with varying degrees of success. The first few times I used it, it seemed ok however the screen resolution was poorer than normal and noticably bad. Much worse then when I use a normal dock with my switch. I also tried pluging in an ethernet cable for faster internet but my switch was unable to use the wired connection and it would only connect to my home wifi. The most recent time I tried using this product, I plugged the HDMI cable in but my switch screen stayed on and nothing I tried made the screen switch to the TV mode. I know my switch isn't broken as I can use both an original dock and an oled dock that I have and it works just fine with both of them. It doesnt work with this product.
