Comfortable, great support, and well built

I bought this shoe as a sequel to my previous pair. The previous pair was very close in style and construction to this one, gave me over 4 years of comfort and support, and is still going strong. That is why I gravitated to this one; they both work exceedingly well. At work I'm on my feet all day long, and these are my go-to choices. I recommend this shoe highly. Great performance, great product, and great value.

Durable

I have had this pair of shoes for 2 years now wearing them to work every day. I drive garbage trucks and I am very rough on shoes, climbing in and out of trucks all day, stepping in garbage goo and grease.....these shoes have not come apart in any way. All of the stitching is still intact, the original laces are still holding up. The soles are pretty much smooth now but it's been two years! They look like they've been to hell and back but no holes, no separations anywhere. I'm totally buying another pair.

Best wearing comfortable shoes

The Vasque Talus AT is comfortable right out of the box. The sole holds up the longest of all the competitors. I walk on concrete and trail and after a fractured ankle my gate is slightly exerted. This causes extra wear of the lateral sole. The uppers hold up well to the NW rain, an absolute as we live just outside and play inside the Olympic National Rain Forest. I appreciate the wide widths.
