They worked good for my nails.
So I've been taking these for a month now. The only thing I noticed are the tips of my finger nails are white and not transparent anymore like they were. I honestly can't tell any difference in my hair and skin its still the same as always buy I do have nice firm skin that never breaks out and I keep my hair healthy and shiny with haircare products..So I guess they work good for my nails only. I also sometimes experienced upset stomach after taking them and I only take 2 a day after I eat.
