I usually, always size up due to shrinkage; everything shrinks nowadays, and I've seen a review saying they are clingy. I have extra room in them, but not crazy big. They are clingy shirts due to the material's sweat absorption. I would recommend and would buy more

These shirts are really lightweight, perfect for summer. The fabric is soft and stretchy. The colors are beautiful. The fit is loose and flowy. I think they would be fine as workout wear but I plan to wear them daily. The fabric does not shrink when washed. The colors dont fade. They dont wrinkle or crease in the wash. The only down side is pet claws can pick these very easily, so be careful if you pick up your cat or dog while wearing these.
