BB-Bands are designed to help baseball, softball, and all throwing athletes to maintain proper arm care.

How to use? The BB-Bands are designed to work for a variety of arm/shoulder/back exercises. Many physical therapy programs, throwing programs, and other arm-care program involve exercises that can be utilized with the BB-Bands. Refer to our exercise manual for a list of exercises that can be performed.

Adult vs. Youth Resistance? Youth resistance bands are best suited for athletes 12 years and younger. Adult bands are best for 12+ years old. Please adjust as necessary to fit your athletes’ needs.

?USE ANYWHERE. The BB-Band comes with a multitude of options in terms of where you can use them. You can clip to a fence, use the door anchor, or even use the utility strap.

Important: Prior to use, ensure bands are securely fastened to a stationary object. Clip should never be in alignment with head or neck region. The bands are not a toy and should be used in a safe, responsible manner at all times. To keep the bands in optimal condition it is best not to over-stretch or leave out in the sun-light for extended period of times.
