Frustrated / disappointed

Nice product- I ordered 2 but only received 1. The company has responded quickly asking me for proof and photos, I promptly emailed them. Then they instructed me to look in the box. Of course I looked in the box!! I'm getting a total run around and wish I looked at joy buy reviews prior to ordering. Beware of who you are ordering from if it's not Walmart, it can become a hassle!! Would have give more stars for the product but given the seller's response to the problem they deserve 0 stars.
