Almost 5 stars

The sideboard is made in Denmark and the individual pieces are great quality, no dents, scratches, etc. , they get 5 stars. Shipping was fast, also 5 stars. The wooden looking drawer has some weird vertical lines, I emailed Tvilum customer service (their contact info is on the box) and asked if they would replace it. I received a very short answer that nothing was defective, therefore no replacement of that front piece. I did not feel I got the service or explanation that I was looking for. So, only 2 stars for customer service. I looked at some other pictures and noticed these vertical lines, and now I know it is not a defect and supposed to look like it. But when you look at the photos online, the lines are hardly visible. I wish there were photos where these lines are more visible. My final rating is the finished product, and I give them 4 stars - the only reason why they did not get 5 is due to the appearance of the drawer. Otherwise, great product and good quality. Also from a distance, the lines are not that visible and does not bother me anymore.

They lie about the color

Its grey, white and wood -not white and wood. One drawer and the backing is gray. Thats not whats indicated anywhere. And although its probably not their fault, the front door has a big crack. How incompetent can you be that you can't put the color on the website. Youve taken my money and time. I think you should be charged for that. I hate grey. Nothing i own is grey. Its going back.
