My Iron was low about 5 months ago and I could tell because I was constantly tired even after sleeping 8 hours not only that it seemed I was losing hair excessive amount of hair everytime I would detangle. After taking this everyday for a month I decided to get a blood test to make sure my levels were back up. If you don't know taking too much iron can do damage. The test came back and my levels are perfect. I now just take it twice a week to maintain my results. I have acne prone skin and my skin is the clearest it's been in years. I can't take regular iron because I have allergies to nickel. But this is literally perfect no reaction at all and my iron levels are up I feel and look great.

Best iron supplement

I was severely deficient in iron and almost got an infusion. I started taking 6 of these a day and it brought my numbers up within three weeks so I no longer needed an infusion. They also don't cause constipation or stomach pain like the ferrous sulfate does in other iron pills. I highly recommend these.
