Works as advertised mostly; temper expectations.
Bought as alternative to typical RV water heaters for showering and hand-washing clothes. The good news is that this is a solid piece of equipment that is actually beefier than its image. Tested as follows: 4 gal water at 70 deg F- twenty minutes later and some manual mixing, around 105-108 deg F. This is a nice temp for showering, not too hot for either me or the pump system that is the beating heart of my shower. Nice temp for clothes washing, too. I will still use a 1500W kettle to boil water for dishwashing and shaving, but this 1000W bucket water heater is a welcome solution for heating water in less critical tasks while still avoiding the RV water heater.
