Half the liquid had spilled - top was unscrewed
I could smell the box before I opened it. The spray bottle was in the container in a plastic envelope package. When I opened it, everything was wet and ½ of the liquid had spilled out of the bottle and the spray bottle lid was unscrewed. Usually now when people ship liquid products with screw top cap, they put tape around it so that the top stays on and it doesn't leak. It smells great, so I would recommend the product but not the packaging and it's too much much trouble
