New Zealand Brown Genuine Sheepskin 12" Ball Pillow

I purchased this floor lamp for a design client install. After waiting 2 months of back order delays on this lamp, the day of install, I opened it only to notice that the lamp pole was bent and the lamp shade would not stay put. The marble base is extremely heavy and would not hold the thin lamp pole in place. The materials of this lamp were really cheap. I called customer service and they were not helpful stating that there were no refunds and did not offer any other solutions or help at all. I had to reimburse the funds for this lamp to the client as it was not up to par and had to be thrown away. All around bad experience. Would not recommend
