Love the figure, but it arrived used.

The figurine can from Big Bad Toy Company, which was okay, but I thought I was buying new and in the box. When it arrived, it did not come with the box, but in a plastic bag, which leads me to believe I purchased a used item. It wasn't much money, and I did not intend to keep it in the box, but I was expecting it to be new in the original packaging. Perhaps I missed the fine print?
