After the materials in your original composting bin begin to break down, move them to an attached add-on bin and start fresh with new materials in the first bin. A system of one Greens Fence Composting Bin and two add-on kits will keep your composting process moving seamlessly. It is available in (48-inch x 48-inch x 31-inch/41.33 cubic feet) to match your regular bin. Holds up to 309.17 gal of compost.

I would recommend
The reviews I read before purchasing the compost bins made me think it could be really hard to assemble. So with that mindset I did not think the bins were too terrible to put together. Went slow and did not force anything and voila----lovely compost bins. I bought two sets and could make three bins by attaching them together if I was creative closing off the front on one of them (may make hinged door for it). I hope the bins survive the weather and critters but they seem very sturdy and Texas raccoons are more laid back. Plus, I don't put any meat products or greasy items in my compost.
