Great training shoe

I received my pair in the mail and have used them for about a week for primarily weight lifting and some "dynamic cardio" work outs (box jumps, sled pushes, some Olympic lifts". The shoe has a soft, squishy insole that is comfortable for your foot but the shoe is overall stiff and flat. It is a great shoe for squats, deadlifts, or other lifts that require a stable, flat base. At this price point, purchasing this shoe is a no brainer if you need a weight training shoe.

Excellent Cross-Training Shoes!

These are great for doing rigorous workouts such as P90X3, etc. I put these on and felt confident doing all the jumps and other moves the P90X3 workout had me perform. They felt comfortable, snug, and very supportive in the right spots. Really great looking design as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Great Comfort

I had a pair of Puma's when I was a teenager. The memory of those shoes drove me to try them again. I love the new designs and the comfort insoles. They are light yet supportive. Due to the snug fit they seem to run a little small so the last 2 pairs I purchased where 1/2 size larger then I normally buy and they fit PERFECT!.
