not happy

this was supposed to be a 12 piece set of braces. I ordered 2 sets. Instead of getting 24 pieces in the sets I only received 2 pieces total. Not happy about it, and also about the very poor shipping time. I'm trying to finish my project and these time delays are not working. very disappointed since I am now going to have to go elsewhere for the parts needed to finish.
