We are very happy with the Male Belly Bands. These do not seem to cause irritation like the elastic around the edges types do. There are options how to attach pads - we use ladies monthly pads that work great. They do seem to run small I ordered M: waist: 11-13" size and could have ordered the next size up. We ordered the nine count and got a nice cute variety of patterns. I will order more of these.

Fits great and not bulky!

perfect size for my Shih Tsu/ Poodle mix puppies!! They have a large velcro (2" w x 3" L) so I can keep using them as they grow. I have tried others for my previous dog and they were always kind of bulky and somewhat enabled his movement, not these though!! They do not come with a pad or anything to soak up the urine but I just use a heavy flow maxi pad and it works great without being bulky. They are 4 and 5 lbs and I purchased the size small.
