Hard Anodized aluminum is renowned for its efficiency with distributing heat quickly and evenly to the entire pan. Oven safe up to 430F and dishwasher safe, though hand wash is recommended. THEY SAY IT’S STRONGER THAN STEEL: Our Hard Anodized collection has gone through a special oxidation process, forming a hardened layer over the base aluminum surface. This process makes our pans extremely resilient against corrosion and other reactions that cause an average pan to lose strength and emit potentially harmful chemicals. HEALTHIER COOKING: Our nonstick coating makes for a healthier meal without the need for butter or oils when cooking.
