There is no need to spend hundreds of dollars for a descent pair of running shoes anymore. These are actually more comfortable than my old name-brand shoes. I have flat feet and these Avia Technical Runner Sneakers have memory foam arch supports; it really does provide relief to my feet. I highly recommend that you try these before passing judgment. It will surprise you. And these are lightweight, not the heavy cheap plastic you would expect from inexpensive shoes. They are true-to-size.

I love these Avia running shoes! They are so lightweight. I do not like a heavy shoe for walking or running and these are perfect for either. I love the color too. They go with all my workout clothes. I am so glad I gave these a try because they are now my new favorite tennis shoes. I had a pair of Avia a long time ago maybe 10 or more year and I wore them until they were ragged. I hope these last that long because I was sad when I had to get rid of my other pair all those years ago!
