1-Year Replacement Warranty, Every product sold by Centenex is covered with a free 1-Year Replacement Warranty. If for any reason your product stops working within the first year of ownership, for reasons other than physical or water damage, simply contact us to arrange for an RMA# to receive a replacement.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within the first 30-days please contact us for an RMA# to return your item. Please note that S&H fees are not refundable.

Please note all returns must include an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) to be returned. Failure to include an issued RMA# may result in your return not being processed correctly.
All products returned for a credit or refund that are not defective must be returned in brand new condition and must include the undamaged original manufacture packing for a full refund and avoid a 15% restock fee.
