So far so good. I like the idea of using threads on the straps to indicate the pressure level as opposed to having a separate guide like other devices, although it doesn't seem completely accurate. My measurements indicated I should get the tall version, but it seems a bit too long (I'm 6'2"). I like the straps with the hooks as compared to the velcro that other devices use.

After wearing the velcro wraps for 8 months, I decided to give these a try. Not only are they easier to put on and fit well, they really are breathable and cooler. I wear them under my leggings and they are not that noticeable. I have lipo-lymphedema so finding something comfortable and easy to put on is like a small miracle! They are worth every penny! Now to get them in a knee and thigh version.
