Dont Do Business With Walmart!

It's not that I didn't like the tires, it's the fact that Walmart completely fumbled this in every aspect. I ordered the tires, and set up installation for the same day they were to be delivered to the Walmart in Severn, MD. When I got to the Walmart the people in the auto center told me that they didn't have the proper equipment to install the tires on my truck. That was problem number one. I set up the install 9 days before the tires were going to actually be delivered and nobody had the decency to even ask me what type of vehicle I had to see if they could install them on my truck. They then told me they would give me the tires and I would have to take them somewhere to have them installed. When I went inside to get the tires the entire staff was running around franticly. They told me that one of my tires was delivered to someone's home instead of to the store like I specified; problem number two. I was told that the manager who spoke to the customer that came to report that a tire was delivered to them that did not belong to them. The manager didn't even ask for the tire back. The person left out of frustration and lack of help. The only remedy they had for me was "we're sorry". Finally, they told me if I reorder the tires they could install them but I couldn't come to my neighborhood Walmart and would have to go to another one across town. Once they went outside to look at my vehicle they then told me they couldn't install them at all because of how my rims were designed. That was problem number three. I called Walmart customer service to inform them of my issue and all they had for me was an apology and a $25 gift card. All of this took place at the Walmart in Severn Maryland. The lack of care, attention to detail, poor customer service, and complete incompetence displayed by every leg of Walmart involved in this process is completely infuriating. Walmart, you all completely dropped the ball on this one and it is my duty at this point to let everybody know how horrible you all handled this. Your customer service is horrible and the low quality of care and work displayed by everyone involved has me completely shocked that you all are still in business. I'm sure no one from the company will action any of these issues but all I can do at this point is at least warn others to avoid dealing with Walmart when it comes to tires. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. I wasted time off of work, and 9 days of my life messing with these people. Do yourself a favor and get tires from somewhere else.
