I have had this book since the day it came out. I have made several of the recipes in the book and they are all amazing. A gave a few vegan friends the book as well and they are loving it! The recipes are written with very easy to follow instructions with info on how to adjust things depending on your dietary needs/restrictions. My favorite is the pot pie soup! Yummy!
