Nice lamp for the price. The one thing that needs improving would be the lamp shade. It was rather flimsy but it works just fine in my den. The three levels of lighting are nice. Sometimes you don't need a lot of light and other times it's nice to have a brighter light for reading. Overall a very good buy. I would recommend this item
