Stopped Working One Hour After Delivery

Watch stopped working one hour after the delivery. Then started working again but it was getting one hour behind and so on. Very disappointed. For sure they sent me a "returned item". Sent it back already. Waiting for the refund process to start. Again, very disappointed.
