Good equipment for today's price point

These leaf vacuums seemed to be priced outrageously these days … but this one was fairly priced and works quite well. We use it to pick up dry leaves around the front porch %26 carport. Time will tell if this unit will hold us to medium use … but so far so good. The only negative is that it appears that the battery must be recharged after every use for 30 minutes of constant vacuuming. For the money I doubt you'll find one better. Also, this unit doubles as a blower (but we've not used it for that purpose).

I bought a battery operated leaf vacuum/mulcher/blower with some of my Walmart money and I am loving it. I've been using it all week to pick up and mulch leaves. Works great. I have the majority of leaves up in time for today's and tomorrow's sun (it's beautiful out today) and tomorrow evening's rain. There's still a ton of dead leaves to fall but I'm staying ahead of it and not breaking my back or getting blisters this year.
