so I have pets cats, and the kittens had accident on the floor I needed a way to steam clean my carpets I bought this and have been cleaning my floors ever since... this is a great product It absolutely smells wonderful and it goes through the steam cleaner machine just amazing.. it's not too soapy and doesn't leave a lot of residue behind yet it clean the floors better than bleach without giving me chest burning lung inhalation damage. this stuff is like zap a magic pill because zap it's gone. behind is a fresh clean scent and you can't even tell that the floors ever were dirty Of course I'm running this in a steamer that is made by Hoover Go Hoover and Zapp and Hoover well they work so perfectly together even though Hoover doesn't recommend zap I tell you zap is great for your Hoover machine.
