I wasn’t happy with the coloring of the rug. For some reason it appeared to be significantly lighter in some areas. I own same exact rug in same color and it did not have this issue. I called customer service and explained the issue and they were great! They refunded the money and told me not to bother returning the rug since is was damaged.

Exactly what I was hoping for!!

It’s exactly what I was hoping it would be! I was nervous because some of the reviews seemed mix, so I spent a lot of time researching this rug. I’m pretty picky with things like this, but I am so happy with it. The neutral tones are cooler undertones, but it’s balanced between the beige, taupe/tan, and gray. The fringe on the end is not too long, so I’m not concerned about it knotting or looking ratty. It’s soft & looks high quality!
