Biggest rip off ever

This was supposed to be a 10 piece hydrangea heads in a bouquet. Took 10 days to get here. They packed in in a large envelope. Smashed. Only one small hydrangea head. You can see where other heads were picked off. Biggest rip off ever. DON'T Purchase from these crooks.
