I also placed another Joe toy on this order and have yet to receive it. USPS claims that there is insufficient postage, and it won't be delivered. You take care of the postage. I expect you to retrieve that GI Joe character and see that I get it. I have sent you several emails telling you about the problem, and you have done nothing to date. I place many order through Walmart, and, if I do not get this package, I will no longer purchase anything from you!
