I like the boot's but they run small

I like the boots but they run too small at the shaft where my ankle and the heel are can't seem to get my foot throught that.

Waterproof

These boots are not waterproof, don't get wrong love this boot already bought a third pair but they will get wet inside the boot if waterproof goes pass the stitching before the ankle. Don't believe me before you purchase from a store have them put the boot in water.
