Super Cook Stove!
The Eureka! Gonzo Grill is a thoughtfully designed and ruggedly constructed convenience for all campground, picnic, and tailgate cooking. I've used the grill (@ 550 degrees F.) to quickly sear both sides of a thick steak and then installed the cover at reduced temperature to complete the cooking to juicy perfection. The stove is similarly robust as it can bring a full liter of cool water to a rolling boil in about 8 minutes. And it ignites instantly, unlike my venerable Svea 123 backpacking stove which can be tricky. The Gonzo Grill includes a rain cover, a grill grate lifting tool, and a special scraper for cleaning the grill. Looking forward to warmer weather and moving my cooking operations out of doors!

We bought this because of the burn bans in the west: a grill must have an "instant" off feature. A charcoal grill won't cut it. This Gonzo Grill is perfect for our needs.
