Blackstone Pro Series 2 Burner 22" Propane Pedestal Griddle with Hood

I never realized how much I would love this. I have been seeing people on Pinterest, Facebook etc all gloating about their Blackstone and I got the opportunity to receive one I hopped on it and I have to say I am just as thrilled with mine. My favorite think to cook on it is bacon. I am not a big fan of bacon in the oven and to do it in a pan, for a whole big family, takes and eternity. You can cook soooo much bacon all at once on this, then scramble eggs and pancakes all at once. And clean up afterwards is so easy. Great for big holiday breakfasts It does get super hot and I had a dumb moment and used my regular kitchen spatula (I don't know what it was made of) but it melted. I definitely have a grill set with the big spatulas on my Christmas list this year for it. Assembly was pretty easy and didn't require any special tools, obviously, you do need to buy a propane tank before you can get started.
