Its a pleasure to cook with these pans. The small one is great for an egg. I am surprised how well they can create a nice brown or crusty surface. Very happy with the pans

The pans are very high quality. The ceramic surface is super non-stick, and easy to clean. Everything comes off with just a soft sponge and some dish soap. I expect these to last a long time and provide a much healthier alternative to traditional toxic alternatives.

Love the Green Pans

I love these pans. They are easy to use; nothing sticks to them and they are easy to clean. We first encountered Green Pan when we went into a store looking for a flat pan and the Green Pan was the only flat pan in the store so we bought it. My husband does not usually rate anything to the max but he absolutely those these pans; we both do. These will be the only pans we buy from now on.
