Great griddle
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Great griddle I have only used a few times before winter kicked in My go to meal on a griddle is chicken fajitas I owned a previous brand before, but it deteriorated quickly, rust showing up, unequal heat distribution probably due to material thickness With my Napoleon griddle, cooking is more even and stays like new, no sign of rust or deteriorating My only remark is that I wish the edges of the sides and the back had a minimum of 1 inch height, so the food wouldn't fall off while sautéing

Wonderful accessory
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this product for free from Napoleon for testing purposes. This cast iron griddle is a great addition to my gas BBQ, transform it into a plancha in few seconds! The built quality is very good, the searing is perfect and the cooking is even. It's a real pleasure to be able to cook breakfasts and meals quickly with it! The size is good for a couple or a small family, for more people I would choose the biggest one! I've tested it for multiple purposes (eggs, bacon, burgers, marinated chicken...), iwas always very happy with the results.Cooks quickly, the dishes are tasty and it's easy to clean it!

Amazingly Impressed
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) When I received this, the furthers thing from my mind was having a griddle to use on the bbq. The 1st time I used it, I swore I would never bbq without it again. It is the perfect size for my Bbq and I cheat and prop up the end a bit so the slots let the grease run right off the griddle so the food doesn't sit in the grease and the ribbed surface keeps the food up off the grease. Speaking of the ribbed surface. That is one side of the two sided griddle. When I cook bacon, it's perfect for keeping the bacon out of the grease, leaving my bacon to be crispy if that's what I desire. On the other side, I use it to bbq vegetables. It has a flat porcelain finish so makes it so easy to clean. Just wipe it off and you're done cleaning up! Presto. I haven't used it to make pizza yet, but that is a plan for the future. This griddle it so easy to clean up when done. No trying to use a steel brush and cleaning the grates off. Just wipe it off with a paper towel, then wipe clean with a dish cloth. I never thought I needed a griddle, but now know I won't be living without one. There are many plans on what different items I can bbq without worrying about the small pieces falling through the grates and starting a fire. If you don't have one yet, you definitely need one.
