It was so hard to put the poles in the pockets. Not a job for someone with little arm strength, and I needed help from my daughter to hold the opposite pocket while I tried to force my end into the pocket. Some of the poles were scratched up on the ends and were slightly difficult to insert in the metal fittings. It very easy to assemble otherwise, and love the hook inside to hang a lantern. It has hook and loop strips so that you can hold open all the entrances. It is nice and large and my kids absolutely love it. It looks very sturdy, but we've only had it for 10 days and one of the poles has ripped through one of the pockets today. I guess it needed to be reinforced better. I will probably put a piece of duct tape on the inside of the pocket to prevent that. We haven't tried it for outdoor use, but it definitely looks like it would be up to the task. I love that the bottom is waterproof. This would be fun just to have outside to give kids who don't have a playground on their property, or a tree house, or anything. It's something fun to do that is easy to care for, while also being fun for indoor rainy days. You can even use it as a reward in your house if your kids love it as much as mine do. You can tell them if they get everything cleaned up before bed they can sleep in the tent!

My son has been having so much fun in this product! We have been naming the creatures and playing crash pad, both of which he enjoys doing in his own space! Now I can be sure to get yet another step closer to my son being safer during our camping outings!
