This tonneau cover has a sleek low-profile look and it is a hard cover so if the tailgate is locked then the contents in the bed of your truck will be more secure. It is easy to access by opening the tailgate, reach inside and pull the cable on the driver’s side back of the cover which releases the auto latches on each side so now you can simply fold the 2 sections toward the cab of the truck. Once you get to the front just attach the straps to the front rail and you can drive with it in that position. This gives you partial access to the bed of the truck but if you need full bed access just pull the cable left side of the folded tonneau and lift up at a light angle and the whole cover pulls right out of the rails and it reinstalls just as easily. The cover initially installs with 4 clamps on each side so there is no drilling on the bed of the truck and as you close the cover the tabs on the cover lock into the tabs on the rails to secure each panel and when you pull the final panel down it automatically latches into place.
