Our EcoCore Crib Mattresses are designed to help little ones sleep safe and sound. We start with an eco-friendly, poly fiber core and cover it with a completely hygienic, easy-to-clean cover. The EcoCore contains no latex, glue, foam or springs for a more comfortable night’s sleep. The soft touch covers are spun from special fibers that are naturally flame retardant with no VOCs, phthalates, or flame retardant chemicals. They are also naturally resistant to dust mites, mold, mildew and other allergens. The EcoCore 250 2-Stage Dual-Sided Crib Mattress has a poly fiber core made from over 250 recycled bottles and a 2-stage dual-sided sleep surface that lasts from birth to toddler stage — firm side for infants, softer side for toddlers.

Confident in the quality and safety of mattress.
I have purchased two of these now for grand babies. Love them. Quality, double sided for growing jnfant to toddler comfort, easy to change sheets. Yank it up and position crosswise of bed tail. Attach one end of sheet to corners, pull down and stretch to opposite corners then slide it back into crib! Done! Feel safe with this item for our grandchildre's good rest and security.
