Abbey Yung recommended this and it really is great for your curls! I don't use it all the time of course but the system whenever I need a bit of TLC, I was afraid of bonding treatments actually cuz I was always sensitive to the ingredients but it turns out it's the fragrance most likely that causes me issues this line has caused me no issues which is awesome. I wasn't expecting shiney hair with this! you can use the shampoo sometimes or use the pre shampoo with a sulfate shampoo for build up removal

I have curly hair and I am a mom of two under two -oh My God, it gets really messy sometimes with them pulling my hair. With one use, my hair was softer, and much shinier. Love it! It pays to sometimes buy something that is a bit more expensive, as the quality and ingredients may be better suited for what you need.. Have used lower cost conditioners for years, with a packet heavy conditioner once in a while.
